I started in Real Estate at a small Mortgage Broker’s office in 2005 where I became a Loan Processor. From there I went to an Independent Escrow Company where I processed hundreds of Short Sales. I gained valuable skills assisting on a busy desk while maintaining the crucial time frames and tedious tasks common with Short Sales. I went on to be their Sales Rep, where I learned the importance of relationships in business and customer service. I also worked for a large investor where I closed an average of 20 flip properties a month. As one of the top Transaction Coordinators, I closed hundreds of escrows. Each with their specific challenges, while under an enormous amount of pressure, I had to be efficient and organized. This gave me the confidence and experience I needed to go out on my own in 2015. I’m currently an independent Transaction Coordinator assisting Realtors with the many facets involved in a sale.
